This training will focus on using assessment results to develop meaningful transition plans for students with severve/profound disabilities.
Participants will: • Learn to incorporate transition assessment results into the IEP • Review case studies • Analyze transition assessment results • Use assessment results to identify specific transition strengths and needs and develop postsecondary goals, annual transition goals, services, coordinated activities, and courses of study.
